Position Overview

As part of the Enterprise Infrastructure team you will Administer, develop, maintain, and support the messaging and identity access management environment, as well as the server, storage & virtualization platform. Your primary area of technology responsibility will be SharePoint administration and management, along with the Microsoft Teams environment. You will also provide comprehensive technical support from initial request through to resolution. This role will include project management responsibilities and assisting to architect and implement the future landscape of our infrastructure environment as you strive to meet business requirements while maintaining robust cyber security defenses.

Education and Skill Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Technology Field, or equivalent years of experience

  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies or ITIL preferred

  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration

  • Experience of M365 user and group administration and management

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the M365 Microsoft licensing and subscription model

  • Demonstrated understanding of managing Microsoft Teams for performance and governance

  • Detailed knowledge of ADFS

  • Understanding of Azure SSO Enterprise application setup and implementation

  • Understanding of securing resource access using Azure Conditional Access Policies and Multi-Factor-Authentication

  • Experience with the planning, management, and execution of tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations which encompass Exchange mailbox, OneDrive, Teams using the Quest ODM tool, and SharePoint data migration using the ShareGate migration tool, along with associated Active Directory object migration methodologies

  • Understanding of the purpose and administration of the Azure AD Connect synchronization tool

Technical Skills and Experience Preferred

  • Experience with the Microsoft portfolio of collaboration and management solutions

  • Knowledge and experience of creating, using, and securing Azure Virtual Machines with an ExpressRoute network connection

  • Demonstrated skill in structured troubleshooting and complex issue resolution

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, directory services, messaging, InTune device management, end-user identity access management

  • Vendor relationship management experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection setup and administration

  • Working knowledge of Azure Identity Governance capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Skilled in general PowerShell script authoring and use-case for SharePoint and Teams management purposes, as well as for augmenting existing identity management toolset

The estimated compensation for this position is $85K-$100k. This position may be eligible for a company discretionary bonus or performance-based bonus of 8%. This position is also eligible for our comprehensive benefit offerings, which include Health benefits, 401(K) retirement savings program with company match, etc The amount of PTO the position may be eligible for is 10 business days.
